Silly Printer!

At work my department moved to a different part of the building and so we are using a different printer (exact same model) and the printer is being STOOOPID!
We have a Lexmark X656dte.
Problem: When I attempt to print from the Multi-Purpose Feeder or Manual Feeder (same thing) it prints from Tray 1..
I've tried looking at PC settings, I've tried looking at settings on the printer.. can't find anything to make it stop doing this..
HELP!
