Hi Guys,
We just started working on him last night. I was wondering (i didn't think of it until this morning) does BOP (hand of protection) drop acid rain stacks?
We have three paladins in our ten man and we can bubble out of it but wondering if we can bop 3 other people as well.

No. As a general rule HoP only clears physical debuffs, and the same applies here.
