Yeah, ranged DPS or a healer for the ground phase. Melee DPS for the flying phase (Though if you don't have any melee DPS with mobility improving skills, just go for a ranged that does do so instead, being able to move quick is more important than anything else). That'll get you optimal coverage with minimal dps loss.
