As soon as sex changes were implemented, I turned my female belf tankadin into a male belf tankadin. Why? Because I saw a female human tankadin holding a Broken Promise that was, I shit you not, like twice as long as mine. Eff that noise. Why can't female belfs heft decent sized weapons?

Fast forward to now, I'm sitting in dalaran on my male belf getting sword envy looking at the tauren warriors running around with Facelifters that are as long as my freaking character.

Hmm just noticed looking on wowhead that Blood Elves are missing a racial now.

They have Arcane Torrent (the 2min CD racial)
Arcane Affinity (the crafting racial)
Arcane Resistance (the specific spellschool racial, now only arcane resistance)
and that's it!

Nature Resistance
AND
+5% base health.

Also, I don't know that I could live without Arcane Torrent. There's a very good chance my undead warrior is going felf as soon as that's available, as well.

I really love my Female Tauren Druid. She's pretty for a cow. But I couldn't spend hours staring at her. She's something I play for flavor since all of the toons I play are Female Blood Elves. I like being pretty. Plus I've always loved the image of a skinny, little girl with a sword and shield taking on every boss Azeroth has to throw at her.

Arcane Torrent > 5% Base HP. I prefer the utility of it.

There was never a chance in hell of me going Horde while Blood Elves were the only choice. Now if I make a move, I will equally consider Horde options since being a Tauren badass is pretty tempting.

And weapons during DBW proc are amazing looking too... probably going Retbull in Cata. Tauren provides an additional stun, which is also probably more helpful for other specs, but when they nerfed the magic resistance, that was my issue.

When they changed all the racials from 2% miss chance to School to +1 resistance to school Belfs got swapped to arcane only.

Does the +1 scale with level? I'm assuming it does.
