Forced to use WoG or waste talents?

With the latest Beta build Imp HoJ moves to tier 2 and we get Eternal Glory in its spot, this means that unless we want to spec to increase Ret Aura damage we will forced to take this talent.
Now they have also changed Wrath of the Lightbringer to increase CS's damage by 60% so maybe there is hope for WoG but currently were look to be forced to waste points.
What are our thoughts on this now will this change to having possibly free WoG make you reconsider using it a little more?
