Shame he still has one eye too many and is still titled as a Regent.

I know, can't believe Blizz' art team fudged it up in the battlecry mosaic >.>
But, it's a start~

Maybe he grew a new one when Sunwell was cleansed. The idea of the ruler's physical health being connected to the wellbeing of the land is older than dirt, after all.
A reckoning is not to be postponed indefinitely.

I guess it's official that he has two eyes now -- score another one for the retcon team >.>

Re: That Traitorous Bastard (Lore Spoiler)
He is available in the model viewer on Cata.wowhead, and there are a couple of places where you can see it. No more Glaive, looks like a 1h'd version of the horde Argent Tournament sword, with very very cool armor.
I'm hoping that since he is still the Regent and not the king, there is something that resolves it in game.
I'm trying to understand why in the world he is so much like a paladin when everything in the lore says he was a ranger though.
Also, WTB Lady Liadrin back in SMC, and send bloodvalor off to Shat. Liadrin can gut Rommath like a fish.

Meh to the retcon. It's not like it was a difficult detail to keep up.
I'd still like to know who he's Regent for, what with the dynasty being dead and all.

Would you prefer him to be titled Steward? It's how they rocked it back in Gondor before the Return of the King.
A wise and frugal government which shall restrain men from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government. – Thomas Jefferson

I would prefer that they made Lor'themar the Quel'Belore
roughly translated using wowwiki to be the high father. We can name our kings that, and start crushing some skulls.

I'm Alliance, but I like the way you think. Other than you trying to crush my skull. No dice on that.

Isn't Belore "Sun" in Thalassian? I suppose that stands in line with the arrogance of the elves and the association of Kings with being divinely ordained.

Because no human has ever been arrogant enough to call himself The Sun King. Or the Sun Emperor.
