Means popping divine plea will do that. Which makes our starter AS > J DP sotr? Oorrrrrr will it be normal rotation get to 3 HP then sotr > dp > sotr ... Or maybe do we dictate our startoff based on the SD proc

• DP is on the GCD
• Holy Power lasts a while before it decays
• Burst threat on the pull is the main issue, not threat once we've been able to do a full cycle of 939

Thus, I'd say the pulling combo is:

1. Divine Plea, get 3 HoPo
2. AS
3. Judge
4. ShoR
5. CS -> 939

Hey! Whoever asked the question a few before mine about the pally rotation, adding holy power to judgement, etc - you stole my question, ya theif, and then I had to ask about vengeance! seriously, I liked that the rotation was addressed, and whoever you are (definitely someone in this thread), you said something very,very similar to what I would have asked too.

Adding holy power to divine plea strikes me as a great solution to a bunch of issues. We can pop it on the pull and frontload threat, we have an emergency key to hit when we need to burst threat.... I like the sound of it.

DP=HoPo has been suggested a few times and is a great solution.

Wish I knew which build it was going to appear in - I assume 4.0.3 on live.

I'd imagine just about every change from this point on is going to be Beta only unless they feel they have a pressing need to push it to live.

Considering they haven't gotten around to putting Rune Strike changes on live yet, I sincerely doubt DP will make the cut.

Yeah, now we get the tease of knowing the fix is there but not on the live servers

They could always slip some things in with the bug fix patch on tuesday, but I don't expect that to be one of them. (There will be a patch, it's needed to fix the cogwheel issue. And Mage glyphs. And all the other stuff.)

In this video I am covering the 2 main Tanking Rotations for a Protection Paladin.

1 - Single Target:

Opener: DP (for 3 HP) Wings + Exorcism + Avenger Shield
Rotation: CS - J - CS - AS - CS - SOTR When AS is down and not up by Grand Crusader you choose Holy Wrath.

2 - AOE Tanking:

Opener - DP (3 HP) - Inquisition - Wings when up use it
Rotation - HOTR - Conc - HW - AS This is Priority but always HOTR first and inbetween each.
Note: DO NOT refresh Inquisition until it is about to expire. Use it to its MAX.

HDH Spec
Same as Single except for the following
1 - If you proc Sacred Duty then your 3HP finisher is SOTR
2 - If you do NOT proc Sacred Duty your 3HP finisher is Word of Glory. On either yourself or a raid member in need. Totally situational.
