Divine Protection and soul reaper
Just wondering whether DP works against soul reaper glyphed or unglyphed. I took full damage from the dot with divine protection up with the glyph. The melee hits while it was up didn't seem to be reduced either, even though according to blizzard it still reduces physical while glyphed.

Re: Divine Protection and soul reaper
The glyph was bugged for a while that it kept it's old effect into addition to the new effect, when it wasn't supposed to.
If it's been fixed, as your experience indicates, you'd notice this effect on Soul Reaper due to it being Shadowstrike damage; it is physical and shadow damage combined, doing whichever will do the most damage. If the glyph has been fixed, that means Soul Reaper will choose to do physical damage, completely ignoring the 40% magic damage reduction you glyphed for.
When it's unglyphed it should work as a 20% damage reduction as expected.
