Seal of Blood?

Just wondering how viable this seal is if you need to start taking more damage, I know ret pallies use it during raids so healers will toss HoT's on them for the mana regen.

Just curious as I'm new pally tanking.

Generally as a paly tank the only time you'd use seal of blood is for opening judgement of a boss pull because it can't be resisted like righteousness, however because SoB's dmg does not scale w/spell dmg righteouness is the seal of choice for BE paly tanks, if you need to take more dmg, hit your x key and sit down so u take a crit or two on purpose lol, otherwise gear down like the rest of us for the things you are overgeared for.
