Does Bosses' Parry haste still exist?

I've been gone since the beginning of Cataclysm and haven't seen any mention of it in any of the beginner guides.

Bosses no longer parry-haste, but players do. So when you parry, your next attack happens sooner. But the boss parrying one of your attacks has no effect on their swing timer.

Is that just auto-attack? Is it a significant effect in terms of our dps? I tend to treat parry and dodge as interchangeable (only tweaking to minimise diminishing returns); I wonder if that's wrong?

It's just auto-attack. It's not a huge effect, partly because AA is a small part of our DPS. But it's certainly nonzero.
