Unhittable macro

I've been searching through the forums for a few mins now, I can't seem to find any sort of mitigation macro. Is there such a thing like there was back in wrath?

This came up just a couple weeks ago, but I can't find that post either. Odd. This macro should probably be incorporated into one of the basic training stickies?
