Heroic/Raid Tank Rotation questions.

Ive recently had to spec into prot to run and manage heroics/raids for the guild.
I havent actively played wow in forever and am far from pro. So to keep it simple I have some questions

Trash/AOE Rotation?
Solo target Rotation?
Please dont abbreviate, full skill names and explinations. Thank you

EDIT: Also, since ive read survivability > hit/exp i'll be doing so stats wise is that correct?
