rotation HELP

looking to see if someone can help me with my rotation. i think its horriable. i pull with avenger shield and everyting lights up on my toolbar. so i just start hitting alot of judgement cs and a holy wrath every now and then. when ever i see grand crusader i hit AS.
could someone help me hammer down a solid rotation. thanks a bunch.
