Divine Guardian Still Bugged?

Hello everyone, first time posting, i cant seem to find any info anywhere as to whether or not divine guarding is still bugged to shield the paladin as opposed to his raid group. I havent specced for it yet because i am not sure. please provide some insight.

It's been fixed, it's now properly giving 20% damage reduction to everyone except the Paladin.

Yes. It is one of the most powerful abilities in the game, properly utilized.
