Not getting all my armor

I don't know if this is because of diminishing returns, but I just picked up http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50991 to replace http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45551. When I have the plate girdle on I have 29649 unbuffed armor. I then equip the Verdigris and now have 29995 armor. Comparing the belts the Verdigris has 822 more armor, but I'm only getting 346 more. Whats up? Am I now at the point of DR for armor?

From what I would say, your best bet is to just take whatever gear you get and pump your armor from that. So yeah get yourself the chain girdle (which you did ), grind rep for the exalted ring, and heck carry indestructibility pots if you need it. If you really wanted to get some more armor, you might want to consider trading out some red gem slots for +agility, + Stam gems. Besides that, you honestly look pretty good to me.
