fresh 80 question

i just hit 80 and i haven't done any dungeons yet. i speed leveled and am wondering how much defense/stamina i should have to tank non-heroics like ToC and CoS or if i should be doing something lower to start off with to gear up a bit.

I would suggest running the low level instance in any tanking gear you have (def/ stam gear you have (there is some nice tanking blacksmithing stuff)). This gives you an idea of the pulls involved, and practice at tanking for groups even if they aren't as pressing as an 80 group.
