Touched by the light bug

One of my guildies asked why tanks took touched by the light. He says his consecrate does more damage without it.

Odd. Bug it, then check the ptr and if it's busted there, bug it there too.

Further testing reveals something weird. On my character, with no TbtL, my consecrate ticks for 255, and with it ticks for about 291.

Plugging my AP and SP values in the consecrate formula(factoring in 1HWS and Crusade) yields 255 estimated consecrate ticks without TbtL, and 291 with TbtL.

If anyone can be bothered, please test. Either way, I'll need so sit down with my guildie to figure out what's wrong.

He was just getting partial resists.
