Resilience

Simple question for Resilience... I was wondering if the change to resilience was only for player damage? If it works for MOBs as well, how good would the toughness flask be for tanking heroics if u just want to use them up.
I made a bunch of them to sell before I deployed overseas and no one bought them. If I cant sell them when I get back home I was just thinking about using them for heroics.
