Effective Health - The amount of raw, unmitigated damage that a creature must deal to kill you.

Shouldnt it be 'unavoided' damage, since armor is a form of mitigation and is calculated into EH?

Maybe I'm just being nit-picky but it made me go look up how to calculate EH again, lol.

Nope. Say you had a warrior with 10k HP the 10% damage reduction and a 50% armor reduction. His effective health is how much damage that is leathal to him (10K) is when it is applied to a target with no armor or damage reduction (unmitigated target).

the 22,222k is the warrior's EH.

Shouldn't it be this?

If its the other way around on that, a person with lower damage reduction would have a higher EH o.o

can we just use SoV to refer to Seal of Corruption instead of the horrific SoCorr? and also use SoB to refer to SoM since we all referred to it that way anyway?

Block Cap - The point where additional Block Chance falls off the table. A paladin reaches this point against a raid boss when their chance to be missed+dodge+parry+block an attack adds up to 102.4. Formerly uncrushable.

@Sab, I feel forced to include those terms because some people use them and people may want to know what they are talking about. For Instance I included SotR even though I hate that acronym simply because this is a term that some use. What I can do is state that SoM's and SoCorr's use are frowned upon.

It doesn't look like Majiben's playing anymore so I'm guessing he won't be updating this.

I have a mild preference for starting a new thread, even if it begins as a copy of the
old OP. That way we don't lose the historical value of the references for past expansions.

No need to decide right away; this is just when I happened to start thinking about it.
