25-man FL with only 10 people?

I'm in a guild where we don't do 25 Ulduar at all (only 10-man which sucks) and I want to float this idea to my GM. Can FL on 25-man be done with just 10 people? Has anyone attempted this and been successful?

I primarily want to do this because he drops 3 very nice pieces of tank gear and I could use them all. I'm a greedy bastard I know .

Any thoughts?

Probably, 0 towers is absurdly easy, have like 1 chopper, 2 tanks, 4 demos and you can kill him really quickly.

Ive done with with 6... with 0 towers up.
Get 3 demos, fill it up. Shoot lots of ammo down before you pull. And after you pulled, take 1 corner each, and just rotate around when he chases you. Dont launch anyone up, just stack 10x pyrite x3 and profit, the boss never even gets to hit you.

If you want to take 10... then go with 5 demos.

My friend's guild just did this. They're a ten man casual raiding guild and they did it with one siege engine and the rest as demolishers. No chopper. And they didn't launch anyone onto Flame Lev. They did it with one tower up. He said it was easy enough, but if anybody dies or makes a glaring error, it's an easy wipe.

This have been done for weeks using 4 ppl.
2 demos just loading pyrite while the passangers shoots down pyrite to the other side.
With 2 vehicles he can only change to the other vehicle after a gaze, so you just pingpong him back and forth diagonally while keeping the pyrite stacks up.

Mass people on my server got a 3 day ban for this, and 3 manning the 10 man version.

Pretty lame for Blizz to do that since they made the fight so easy themselves.

I suppose the bans rather resulted from intentionally bugging the encounter than from killing it with a low number of players

A guy in my guild 3 manned it on his alt and 2 of his pvp friends, no exploit.

The reason according to multiple forum threads at the time was blizzard saying "we didn't ban them just for undermanning". They didn't say what else they did ban them for though, but the implication was there was some other exploit involved.

GMs are tards... how is sitting in diagonal corners different to kiting, they should design the leviathan arena smaller then if they thought that was abusing... or make it circlular or something, what a joke.
