Timewarden's Legs Vs. Dungeon set 3 legs
So I have revered with Keepers of Time, but also got the Legplates of the Righteous. So my question is...what's more beneficial?
The set legs ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=27839 ), or the timewarden's leggings ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29184 )?
I think personally that the set bonus and intellect would outweight the use of expensive gems on the timewardens stuff...but I'm not sure...
Opinions?

Timewardens....at that item level you are solely concerned with stam and avoidance to get to uncrushable....your tanking wep along with +40 SD enchant should be enough SD to get you through anything...Timewardens is the best to get you through til badges legs/t4 drop for ya

I used to use 2pc Righteous to save mana when I outgeared instances. But after a few runs, I pretty much decided it wasn't worth it. The only time I ever felt like they were useful was speedrunning non-heroic 5 mans.
To put it this way (disclaimer, these numbers are probably wrong), 15% off Consecration is between 60 and 100 mana depending on the rank of Consecration you use the most. If you take a thousand damage before your next Consecrate cooldown, you've gotten back 100 mana. So yeah, it's useful if you're trying to hold aggro on things that have no chance of killing you, but even then it's a pretty marginal benefit.
Timewardens with +12 stam and a clefthoof armor kit will last you until the Kara legs drop, so I'd prioritize them.

Actually if you're still crushable http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29783 are vastly superior to timewarden's (but you'll probably want timewardens for your stamina set anyway).
