with kings, does the shifting shadowsong one trump the heroic drop one?

I think it would depend on if the agi pushed you into another 10 or not and got 1 extra from kings as opposed to being rounded down to 0.

Also keep in mind that every agility gives 2 armor and a very small threat increase from crit.

If I had to pick one I would go for the epic. If I had the heroic one already I would not pay to replace it.
