I think I'd rather use this than my dabri's enigma, but the badge is a BOE so I'm not sure, it would be tempting just to sell it.

Eh, it's not so hot in my opinion, and you can make a lot of money selling it to feral druids. For comparison, starting at 15k armor, that adds about 1% "effective" damage reduction. So it's roughly comparable to 16-17 stamina in a raid situation, less if you're not fully raid buffed.
