I'm considering picking NotJ up but I'm not sure it's all that hot compared to SotU.

How much dodge does 19 agi give you?

I'm first in line to get barbed choker of discipline if it drops but otoh I dont really know what else to use my badges on....farstrider defenders cloak perhaps but then again that's not all that hot compared to the cloak of eternity I'm using either.

25 agi = 1% dodge, so the heroic neck give 76% dodge, or the equivalent of just a little over 14 dodge rating. Personally I'd suggest holding off, I'm waiting on the Barbed Choker as well. Right now I'm trying to decide whether to pick up the auto-blocker or just start picking up my FR gear.
