Trinket Question

OK here's my question: Which of these trinkets really is the better to use and will really be of greater benefit?
Also, does anyone know a reasonable conversion factor to compare block value to stam?

I have both and use both regularly, but for very different things.

Living Ruby Serpent is great in two situations:

1) You're uncrushable without using that trinket slot to help out, and you're stacking stamina in full-on boss tanking mode against something that hits hard.

2) You need more burst threat, like maybe you're tanking an add that's the first to die or you're trying to get aggro locked in ASAP on a threat-sensitive fight. Just stick a /use Figurine- Living Ruby Serpent line on your AW macro and you're good to go-- if you're using the Figurine, you'll always want it when you bust out the wings.

The Autoblocker is good when:

1) You are taking lots and lots of hits. Ideally, you are taking lots and lots of hits from things that don't hit all that hard, but even against things that do hit hard the Autoblocker is still good as long as you're blocking lots of stuff. This happens constantly in multi-mob tanking, but the Autoblocker is also a pretty good choice against any boss that hits fast.
