Upgrading my gear?

Just curious is their much i can do to upgrade my gear? I hardly raid anymore due to health reasons and it seams ive pretty much hit a brick wall for upgrading my gear. Only thing i can think of is the ring from last boss of Arc to make me uncrushable as im 0.08% to be crushed (Kings/Motw). I could swap a trinket but i love my stam trinkets. For some reason the eng helm isnt showing in armory but the stats are included in my def/stam etc.

Only other upgrades i can think of is the heroic tokens ring and neck for the extra stamina.

Really, after the Elementium Band, the only upgrade I can see for you is the Fanblade Pauldrons out of Heroic Crypts.
