Does it have a hidden CD?

Seems... well... kinda not too bad.

Anyone know how resilience works in PvE?

I have it but I don't really use it. Resilience is kinda useless for tanking since defence makes you crit immune anyway, and the proc requires you to be hit which doesn't happen that often. I thought it might be pretty neat for ae farming, but it didn't proc much at all even then, so I decided to use something else instead. It might be nice for pvp tho.

I use it when farming Death's Door, and I do seem to finish fights with more mana than I used to. Not a mind-blowing difference but it helps.
