Ignore the dps, weapon speed, lack of spell damage, etc... focus on the use effect. It is great. Use it, then switch weapons to the usual spell damage sword.


I've used it too pull mobs without breaking sap.

Used it right after a shield pull at the start of Magtheridon to make sure I get my channeler (since I'm standing between my two and other is misdirected to me). Missing with the shield isn't a disaster anymore.

In kara, it can be used to pull 5 mobs and have aggro on them all (shield, exorcism, axe).

yeah i heard it has somehow the same animation as avengers shield, just black or something like that.^^

one of our warriors really wants that thing for pulling. i think he is a bit jealous of my flying shield.^^ unfortunately it has yet to drop for us.^^

I have one on my warrior, the animation is just like any other thrown weapon animation

It's a ton of fun though.

Forgot to consider the 30 second cooldown on 'use' for when you initially equip it. Just make sure you put it on before you start drinking from the last pull...
