There's a very comprehensive and easy to read gear list for protection paladins posted on Icy Veins:

I would not place much stock in the rankings (double avoidance items are often placed higher in the list than the mastery/haste/expertise pieces that Theckhd's analysis favors). However, it's a nice resource for seeing what's available where.

PS: It's probably time to unpin most of the stickies in this forum from the Catalcysm era - they are no longer relevant.

That list was made before Heart of Fear was out, and of course before Terrace. As such, it has no drops from either.

Reading the list, I see drops from both.

Oh, my bad. The lists down under have drops from both. There "best in slot" list does not though.
