Bracers of Destructive Strength - Pattern Details?

Hello,

Looking for the Pattern details (what it takes to craft) the Bracers of Destructive Strength.

I am at work and on break, and cannot view it, just curious if anyone can list the items here (cannot get to most WoW sites due to restriction policies).

4 x essence of destruction

The Essences of Destruction can only be received via raiding Dragon Soul, correct?

Dragon Soul normal or heroic. They won't drop in the LFR version.

Appreciate the information.

I wanted to consider how to spend my Valor and Justice Points to acquire the gear needed to do the new raids. And being that some gear can be crafted as Best in Slot (found from Ask Mr Robot), I am basing the spending of Valor on only 3 items, and JP on mostly everything else, with the Bracers being crafted.
