No'Kaled, the Elements of Death
Obviously no tanks stats on it, anyone know what kind of DPS the proc produces though?

Not sure of the proc rate, but the damage scales 1:1 with Attack Power so can hit pretty hard.

No'Kaled does not scale with AP. Initial support for both Souldrinker/No'Kaled is available as of r361, check the MATLAB thread in a few days.
