bracers of regal force SOCKET

why do these bracers have a socket an no other boe bracer from JP or VP has them?
the VP bracers looking so nice but are missing the socket i wanted, i figured the previous VP bracers had sockets, but when i looked only the plate tank ones have a socket,,, what gives blizz
