T11 Heroic Ret or Tank Legs for Unhittable

I am currently wearing the Al'Akir 359 Legs with 208 dodge and 208 Mastery. Now for unhittable what gives more to the 102.4% of these 2. I have the 372 token to buy one or the other.

That person bought both, tried each on, then returned them. They found 1% more CTC from the ret legs. They may have been testing the non-heroic legs, but the heroic should be more of the same. Neither gems nor reforging should have a large effect on this result.

If that's not sufficient, consider buying both in non-heroic and gemming/reforging them. Then you can see which is better for you before investing in the heroic piece.

The Al'Akir 359 legs give more mastery (thus more CTC) than the 372 Prot legs. I bought the Prot legs because I wanted the 4 piece bonus for some fights, but I use the 359 Al'Akir legs most of the time because of the greater CTC and I haven't been given another 372 leg token. Jonlo could probably comment on the differences since he has both.

If you're pushing for CTC you should certainly get the heroic ret legggings. They have the best ctc/stamina ratio before alakir heroic. They also give some FREE hit.
