Last word vs Bloodvenom blade

I just got Last word and I was using bloodvenom blade before (both 277). Which one is recommended for tanking now? And are there any bosses either would be more useful?

Well, last word heroic with the buff gives me 0.44% parry at my level, while BVB gives me 0.89% dodge. In addition BVB has 23 more stamina. So the main question is wether the healing buff from Last Word is sufficient to to make it more valuable in some situations.

I have hLW and hBVB, and for every fight I use bloodvenom blade with accuracy. But for any serious progression I might swap to last word with blood draining, mostly for the buff and for blood draining procs.

Last word with blood draining for hard modes. The healing does help with slow death. It's like armor, and we lack that atm.

Bloodvenom with AP for farms.
