Looking for gear advice

Theres my character. I'm hoping to get some advice on areas I can improve my gear. With all the recent changes I don't have much to go on as far as my gear. I have the 251 wrist and cluch of fortification ring in my bags atm. I'm using the lower quality items to improve my hit.
