Holy Shield

Hi i was wondering if anyone could help me on the subject of holy shield. I cant find any info on weather it is work putting HS as soon as you can Ie with 1 stack of holy power just so you have the buff or it needs to be added once 3 stacks of holy power up. Threat isn't a problem form me atm and i'm look at this from a survival point of view.
I'm sorry if this has been posted some where else

From a survival perspective, yes, put the shield up as soon as possible. As I understand it, the shield is the same regardless of the holy power so there is no benefit to survivability from waiting for 3 holy power.
