pp and rs trinkets working as intended?

didnt notice last night, but after closer look they completely lost ALL of their armor on them, and werent compensated with any other stat, be it parry/dodge/stam anything, is this a bug? or did blizz just destroy these trinkets altogether?


also,,, corpse tongue viable now since it can be reforged?
