Finally got the 264 last word to drop last night. I have the 258 lich king 10 man weapon and also 264H gutbuster. Should I be using last word? Currently I'm using gutbuster almost full time and switching to the lich king weapon when I'm way ahead in threat

If survivability is a concern in the encounter? Yes.
If it is not, then have fun with Gutbuster and big, pretty, fluffy numbers.

Just use threat weapon for easy stuff and Last Word for the progression fights or where threat is never an issue.

I'm a big fan on Last Word btw.

There was a time where I was using Facelifter for the expertise on fights like Sindragosa. But that was a long time ago. Use whichever weapon you think best suits you for the progression stuff. There are no hard rules.
