Last Word and Blood Draining

Has anyone with putricide's mace tested how it works with blood draining?

Blood draining normally heals for 2100-2200 when it procs with a full stack, does the mace add 300 to that, making it a 2400-2500 heal? Does it increase the healing of each stack, making it 3600-3700 heal?

Or does it give some other amount or even no extra healing to the blood reserve proc?

I did some quick tests with this after I got the weapon (dueling and checking recount) and found that it did not affect the heal. Disappointing.

what about the lifeward enchant? could it increase those heals to become somewhat useful?
