Alar Trinket

So, we killed alar and the paladin trinket dropped. Its a chance on spellcast to increase spell damage by 290. We do loot council, and I didn't really want this trinket in particular. However, as my gear has been getting better and as I use this more... the trinket has proven to be pretty nice.

I like the big numbers I can pull off as when this trinket procs I can have 700 spell damage pretty easily.

Anyone have any thoughts on this trinket vs other ones?

whats the proc rate for the trink ?

Just took a quick look around, it looks like a 15% proc rate with a ~45 sec hidden cooldown.

yeah its something like that. either way it procs quite a bit, and is nice... i find myself equipping it a lot. when i got it i figured it would be nice for trash and heroics only, but its actually pretty nice almost all the time for what im tanking.
