This might have been ask many times before but is there a specific way of gearing for MT &OT? currently i have around
22 dodge
18 parry
27 block
this seems to work ok for me but im lead to believe that my block might be to high, esspecially when the next patch comes
Thanks in advance

Re: MT & OT gearing
Thanks not linking your armory, it just adds confusion when trying to decide whether or not someone is gearing correctly.

Re: MT & OT gearing
Well generally speaking, block isn't incredibly valuable. Being "unhittable" at 102.4% avoidance + block is a good thing but generally speaking you shouldn't make big sacrifices to get to that threshold. And once you're there any additional block rating is wasted.
So I'd look at your gear, try to avoid any pure "block" pieces for your MT set. For an OT set, depending on what you're doing Block value can be an attractive stat because it's great against weaker hitting mobs and will help you put out a little extra DPS when you don't have something to tank. In Ulduar though, there really aren't too many OT roles where BV shines because you usually end up tanking a boss at some point during the fight.

Re: MT & OT gearing
My advice:
I'd replace the defense/BV meta with the stam/armor meta
Get a new shield... both the other i200 shields are better for an MT set... and enchant it with defense instead of the titanium plating
Replace the parry/stam gem in your gloves with agi/stam or dodge/stam
Replace the expertise enchant on your gloves with either agility or stam
Replace the hit gem in your belt with stam
Replace the str gem in your pants with agi/stam or dodge/stam
Replace Lavanthor's with anything.
You also have a ton of block gear, which is a little unavoidable without getting upgrades since so much of T7 was riddled with block value and rating. All the suggestions I gave should apply to gemming/enchanting choices "in general", not just for your specific gear.
[edit]
Also get rid of glyph of SA, that's ridiculous. Get the glyph of Divine Plea, that should be a no-brainer.
