Bolstered legplates bugged

I don't know if anyone has noticed it before, if so i'm sorry, but the actual defense on the Bolstered Legplates doesn't match the defense that it says. I looked on maintankadin and wowhead, but neither seemed to mention it.

Actual def: 102

I noticed it yesterday when I looted T7.5 legs from naxx. My ratingbuster addon displayed 16.X for bolstered and 10.X for t7. This would mean an ideal upgrade which would keep me above 540 def. Once I put on my new legs, i was left with 537 defense. So i put it to the test, and without any legs i had 620 defense rating. With Bolstered it got up to 722. The valorous legs got me only to 674. All in all not to much of a problem with some regemming, but it still sucks.

I also want to warn you for this issue. I think i will warn blizz of this bug tonight. But I'm still hesitant because it might nerf some of my fellow tanks, although it would be the correct thing to do because it is actually imbalanced.

I'm spitballing here, but do you perchance have the Def/BV meta gem?

And did the meta break when you replaced the red-socketed bolstered legplates with the 2-blue socketed T7.5?

You're not the first, nor I suspect the last to make that mistake. Put a red gem in somewhere and you'll be ok.

At least I will (most likely) never make this mistake again. All part of the learning process that tanking is I guess
