I've seen the arguments for Libram of Obstruction, and with it, and holy shield up, I'm about 100 without king or my dragonfin filet. with those it goes to 101.

with my repentance I'm at 103...

Am I close enough without repentance for it not to matter? in my current gear without holy shield I'm sitting at about 70

I've searched, this isn't about not searching, its about not understanding the info presented

I'd go with Obstruction tbh. I'm not supporting this with maths, but my gut feeling is that the BV from LoO will do more for you than the 1.4% of attacks that get through unblocked.

Then again, I haven't used the LoR since before 3.0.

Your math is actually supported in another thread. Obstruction is better so long as you're blocking some absurdly high number anyway (which, being the 1.4% shy, you will).

well what are you tanking?

you have to remember you dont have to be 102.4 for heroics

101.6 for lvl 82's
100.8 for lvl 81's
100 for lvl 80's




and IMO if your in a raid you "SHOULD" have horn of winter OR str/agi totem which im not sure but its atleast 2% dodge, and that will easily push you over 102.4 since u said kings/food ur at 101...

The content I'm going for is Naxx, OS and Vault 25. my run is currently in Naxx 10 just getting everyone ready so we can combine the 1st and 2nd runs for 25.

when our raid leaders feel they've got enough people geared they'll try to throw a run together for the 25 man content
