Threat should not be an issue here for a paladin.

I have been the MT for Malygos since our first attempts for the 10 mans. We have not tried the 25man version yet... On our first kill, my gear was much worse than my current gear. ( http://www.wowarmory.com/character-shee ... Fuseflower )

I think unbuffed, I had 25.5k hitpoints when we first killed him. But the part of the fight that I excelled in was aggro. We had a high dps affliction lock and arms warrior in the raid at the time...and my aggro was comfortably higher than theirs. They never had to hold back...ever.

I don't know about you...but I have found that I do more threat than any other tank class that I have grouped with.
