Was wondering if switching from the Ancient Aligned Girdle from heroic Azjol'Nerub (socketed with 8 def/12 stam) to the 40 Emblem Waistguard of Living Iron was worth it.

Also, I recently powerleveled Jewelcrafting so I could make things like Solid Dragon's Eyes and was wondering, when I make myMonarch Crab trinket, which of my trinkets should I replace with it? I'm currently running Essence of Gossamer and Lavanthor's Talisman.

I would probably stick with the Ancient Aligned... unless the EoH are just gathering dust...
