I'm saving up for a tanking set, and I really like the ret helm for my leveling, however would it be a better idea to take the helm for tanking because it would be good when I hit 80?

Well I'm going to be Protection at 80 do you think it's worth taking at level 77 now? And use it while I'm 80 do you know anything that might be better than this item? Like an instance drop? another quest item?
