Some help with my gear?

Hello,

First I would like to thank the administrators for this site. It is quite a refreshing change from the official WoW forums.

My Situation:

Recently recruited into an early Kara guild.

Made MT for one of the raid groups.

Ran Monday and did well, no real problems, downed the boss (Shades).

We will be raiding again on Thursday and due to the fact that the server I am on is down atm, I am pretty much stuck raiding as is.

Please take a look at my gear and give me any suggestions you have to help me get through the next couple days.

Mostly looking for Gem/Consumable type enhancements since changing my gear will not be possible in the time I have, (unless there are some items available on AH I could quickly grab before the raid...).

Get +40dmg on that blade, the mats are damn cheap (8 large prismatics, 8 greater planars) and the enchant is fairly common. And it's your best friend! Also get +agil to your cloak, it'll be one you're not likely to soon replace so might as well invest into it.

10k HP unbuffed is a good solid benchmark. Consider taking a flask of fortitude, grabbing some wizard oil and some +sta food and you're set.
(+700 HP, +42 dmg, +10def rating from that alone).

Consider replacing your boots/shoulders ASAP tho (Righteousness is signifcantly better, IMO: 47 more armor -5sta but +20def and +15dmg, plus 2 sockets with another 3def rating bonus).
Also, the +6 block value bonus from the leggings isn't really worth it. Slap in 3 Solid Stars of Elune =)

I've run Bot about 20 times and Laj always says "Ummm, No!"...

I'll try to get a few guildies to run Mana Tombs and do the stupid escort quest at the end for Flesh Beasts if nothing better drops in Kara on Thu and Fri.

Since I am crushible anyway, the stam gems make more sense. I'll go with your suggestions.

I got the heroic boots from uh.. Ramparts myself since I hadn't gotten those boots on the way to 70 but otherwise, they rock.

I'd go for the +agil first then if threat's not a concern for you, but the +dmg is one you should put on pretty much all your weapons (unless you get a King's Defender or Sun Eater, that gets Mongoose without a doubt)

Yeah, you really gotta work on that, your progression is going to halt til you can get uncrushable

Get one of the two epic tanking helms and that should put you at or at least very close, to that magic number.

Yea, unfortunately time is not on my side.

I did make it clear to the GM that I was undergeared and would be willing to step aside if a better geared player was available.

GM said, "No, you'll do fine."

I truely hope so.
