Ret Glyph question

Ret Glyph question

So I'm trying to figure which is the better combination. I have enough exp gear to easily hit 26, so is it better to:
1) Keep 26 exp, and use Glyph of TV, CS, Exo
OR
2) Reforge as much exp to mastery/crit as possible, and use Glyph of SoT, TV, CS/Exo
Basically, do the extra stats from the reforge contribute more dps than using the extra dmg glyph?
