Warrior - Arms [PVP]

So, I just spent the morning outfitting my warrior for some arms PVP, I have some lol-tastic gear and about a zillion macros and buttons to press... too many infact. I'm drowning in a sea of buttons.

Could someone clue me in as to the basics of arms PVP, what should I be doing once i get toe to toe with an enemy?
