[Holy - PvE] Shoulders and Head

Hi All, I was taking some alt guildies etc through naxx 10 last night and was forced to heal *grumble* but since there was only on other pally I won rolls on some 'meh' off set peices.

I was hoping people could critique the two choices I have with a little reasoning.

Firstly, there is the head. At the moment I'm sporting the Exalted argent head http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44296 and the new one is http://www.wowhead.com/?item=39260 they look almost point for point similar, not sure as to the value of haste on the new one, but do you see it as an upgrade?

Secondly there is the shoulders, I picked up the OS25 mail healing shoulders http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40438 the other day to replace some crappy blue dungeon things, and last night was almost 'forced' to take http://www.wowhead.com/?item=39198 since they are lower iLvl wise and seem (apart from armour) a tad worse, would you suggest I keep with the mail ones? or go with the plate just since its, well....plate

New helm is a clear upgrade. The plate shoulders are a downgrade. Haste is useful for syncopating heals and landing heals in time. Will also reduce the GCD if you're not soft capped.

Thanks for the reply Majiben, I was siding with the head certainly but was just thinking it will lose me a bit of int, boo! I guess the haste makes up for it.

I did think the shoulders looked almost identicle except for a little SP here and some mp5 there etc, will stick with the mail ones as I don't particularly see the need for the armour as a healer....I don't think it will save me from my pathetic last heigen dance attempt anyway! *sigh*
